Rob Ewert and Michelle Dowling Schafer, founding Principals of Meridian Partners, spent their entire professional lives in commercial real estate, beginning their respective careers with some of the most prominent firms in the Country, including Gensler & Associates, Copley Real Estate Advisors, Norris Beggs & Simpson and TIAA-CREF.

Over the past 20 years, Mr. Ewert has owned and operated the private real estate companies, Ewert & Company, Nautilus Development and inTerra Investments. Ms. Schafer owned, operated and was president of Arroyo Realty Partners. Their collective companies and their collaboration to form Arroyo Pacific Partners in early 2006 established a spectacular track record of delivering stellar results to their investors, partners and clients.

Now, as Meridian Partners, Mr. Ewert and Ms. Dowling Schafer bring their broad spectrum of real estate expertise & talent to private & institutional investors, users and other real estate stakeholders. The formation of Meridian Green Partners in 2008, and the addition of LA-based Principal Royce Hudson, expands Meridian’s capabilities and reach… and establishes a distinct platform committed to the pursuit of sustainable, green real estate projects.
