Karen Brock

Karen Brock brings her twenty-five years of property and asset management experience to Meridian. Over her career, Karen has overseen office, industrial, residential and retail properties for some of Southern California’s largest Landlords, including Maguire Properties, The Ratkovich Company and Trammel Crow Company. Over her career she has specialized in managing large institutional properties such as Cal Plaza, a 2.3 million square foot office complex located in downtown Los Angeles, The Alhambra, a 950,000 square foot office complex located in the San Gabriel Valley, Jamboree Center in Irvine, California as well as such prominent Westside (LA) projects as ABC Entertainment Center, Westwood Gateway, and The Water Garden.

Her key strengths include leasing and construction oversight, financial reporting, property operations and tenant services. Karen prides herself on being very detail orientation, highly organized, self-motivated, as well as being excellent communicator and manager with strong mentoring skills and team building skills.

She brings her passion for the real estate business to Meridian, where she is responsible for managing the corporate affairs of the Company, as well as coordinating and overseeing property operations, due diligence and all 3rd party service provides for Meridian’s owned properties and development projects. Karen resides in Pasadena, California and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in, Business Administration from Kent State University.
