Rob Ewert

Rob Ewert is a seasoned real estate professional with broad experience in investing, development, construction and brokerage.   Rob began his career at the renowned architectural firm of Gensler & Associates in San Francisco, California, and soon after relocating to Honolulu in 1987, Mr. Ewert became a licensed architect in the state of Hawaii and also a member of the prestigious American Institute of Architects (AIA). As the founder of Ewert & Company, a successful commercial development and brokerage company founded in 1994 and based in Honolulu, Rob completed more than $150M in transactions on behalf of his clients over the past decade.  As an active real estate investor, Mr. Ewert is the co-sponsor of a portfolio of 11 commercial assets located in Texas, Colorado and Washington valued at more than $60 Million, which were acquired over the past 7 years on behalf of private investors. 

Rob holds a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation, is a Principal Broker in the State of Hawaii, and has been a guest speaker for the Association for Commercial Real Estate and for the Certified Commercial Investment Members and NAIOP. He has written and been interviewed for articles on the subject of Commercial Real Estate Investment and Development in the State of Hawaii and the U.S. mainland.

Rob holds a BA in Architecture from the University of California at Berkeley. He brings his extensive background and track record in both the Hawaii & Mainland commercial real estate markets, as well as his development and construction expertise, to Meridian Partners and Meridian Green Partners.

Rob resides with his family in Honolulu, Hawaii.
