40-ACRE SUSTAINABLE BUSINESS PARK AND SOLAR FARM

Meridian Green Eco-Business Park is a planned, zero carbon footprint; fully self-sustaining development of Meridian Green Partners located in Cathedral City, California. The 40-acre elevated site is ideally situated just east of the I-10 freeway at Date Palm Drive and offers breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains and the entire Palm Springs area.

The site is situated within the new 5,000 acre North City Specific Plan that is in the final stages of design by the City of Cathedral City for the future development which will eventually encompass retail, commercial, light industrial and mixed use residential.

Meridian Green Eco-Business Park is planned for a balanced mix of retail, residential, commercial and hospitality uses, all in master-planned and eco-friendly environment.

Meridian is also evaluating an adjacent 23-acre parcel for inclusion in the project.
